D.A. Sinclair is a scientist that experiments on people and turns them into robotic zombie soldiers called "Reanimen". He is a supporting antagonist in Invincible.
A reclusive scientist at Upstate University, he is responsible for kidnapping Mark's friend, Rick Sheridan, and has turned him into the first living Reanimen. Taken into custody, he is now in the employment of Cecil Stedman.

Eight is Enough[]
One of Sinclair's Reanimen robots goes in a rampage in the street. Mark Grayson who is in the attack, dresses up in his costume to prepare to fight the Reanimen. The Reanimen slaps both a police officer and Invincible. The Reanimen gets close to a woman, so Invincible takes the woman away from the Reanime, but the woman recklessly gets close to the Reanimen. Invincible takes the woman again from the Reanimen and the Reanimen commits suicide by running into a pole which has caused the Reanimen to explode.
The explosion of the Reanimen causes the police officer to get injured and the injured police officer is taken into an ambulance to get treatment. Invincible leaves the scene to remove his costume. Mark reunites with William and he asks Mark on he was not told of his superpowers. Mark becomes surprised that William Clockwell knows his identity as Invincible.

- Genius Level Intellect: He's very intelligent, enough that super genius robot compliments him and Cecil is fully willing to endorse him for his inventions.
- Mechanical Engineering: Enough for him to make the Reanimen, and make new Reanimen from Viltrumite corpses in a few weeks.
- Science: Very knowledgeable in many fields of science, most prominently mechanical engineering and reverse engineering.
