Arthur "Art" Rosenbaum is a tailor and costume designer for superheroes. Publicly, he would design clothes while secretly, he would create costumes for most superheroes on Earth. Art designed a costume for Omni-Man when he first met him, and later designed one for Nolan's son, Invincible. He also designed costumes for Rex Sloan, Oliver Grayson, and Gary Hampton.

Family Matters[]
Art meets up with Nolan and his son, Mark, for his superhero costume. When Mark comments on the weird design of the first costume, Art remarks how he mistaken their powers to be solar-based. Nolan quickly rushes off to fight off Gridlock as the two talk about Mark's superhero name.
Eight is Enough[]
Black Samson commissions a special suit from Art that could restore his powers, however in the middle of it's development, Art would get knocked out and wakes up to find that the suit is missing. Art would call Mark and Nolan, telling them about his suspicions on the culprit, theorizing that it may be Samson due to him going mad from losing his abilities.
